Cancellation & Booking Policy
Our cancellation policy requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged the full cost of the groom.
The average grooming time is approximately two hours. If your dog is larger or has a thicker coat, please book the last appointment of the day to help avoid any disruption to the schedule.
When booking through Website or Social Media, please ensure you select the correct service option. For example, if your dog is matted or overgrown, please choose the “Overgrown/Matted” option so sufficient time can be allocated for your appointment.
